The M.A. Winter Office Building

The M.A. Winter Building, located in Washington DC at 1436 U Street, NW, is a four storied, freestanding former warehouse building built in 1908. The current owners purchased the property as a vacant “shell” in 1985 and after an 18 month renovation offered it for lease as professional office space. The building leased immediately and has enjoyed a near zero vacancy rate ever since.

The 100 year old industrial building features exposed brick walls, high ceilings and exposed structural elements.
